Attorney Representation

Mediation – One time-Minimum Flat Fee $2500.00

Litigation – $3000.00-$5000 Retainer and $325.00/hour

We have various methods of attorney representation that may be helpful to our clients:

During mediation, Attorney Webb will meet with the parties to identify the issues where there may be a breakdown in terms of an agreements.  Our office allows Attorney Webb to meet with each person in their own conference room to allow for important conversations that are best handled one-on-one, and also to come together when it comes to hashing out the final details of complex plans.  Our Mediation Program is one-time flat fee of $2500.00 and includes:  5 hours of client mediation meetings, and drafting of a final mediation report or agreement[i]
